Our single layer Kendogi are dyed with high quality Aizome indigo dye, allowing for a luxurious look that separates the Kendogi from it’s synthetically dyed counterparts. The dignified appearance of this uniform makes it perfect not only for regular Kendo practice, but tournaments and gradings as well!

NEW JISSENGATA OPTION: A similar style single layer Kendogi with a finer Sashiko weave. The unique stitching in the Jissengata option allows air to flow freely into the fabric, giving the uniform optimal thickness for protection, while remaining both lighter and more breathable than a traditional single layer Kendogi!
