Our made-in-Japan Zekken California Budogu has partnered with Hiroyuki Danno to bring you - what we believe - to be the highest quality Zekken in the Budogu industry! An Danno San is an actual artist and professional craftsman who has studied at Tokyo Zokei University - one of the leading Japanese institutes of art and design. This is the ultimate Zekken for those looking for small customizations with a huge impact! 

The 'HIRAGANA' Zekken features single or double layer embossed synthetic leather lettering on a second layer of colored ToRay suede - giving these amazing Zekken a unique 3D look. The stitching on the black portion of the lettering can be changed from black to a variety of colors at no extra charge!

Please enter your name in Hiragana only. (California Budogu and DANNO-YA will convert English, Katakana, and Kanji names into Hiragana). Upon request, however, Katakana and Kanji may be done as well. Each character will be laid out and designed individually by DANNO-YA, so no two Hiragana Zekken are alike!
