California Budogu works with a full team of experienced and talented craftsmen who have the expertise and know-how to create a Bogu set to your exact sizes and specifications. The KONJIKI Bogu set gives our customers an opportunity to design a Bogu set that is not only made to fit you perfectly, but made exactly to your own personal design.
Based on our best-selling California Budogu NEON Kote, featuring upgraded deerskin Herikawa with a choice of while Ultrasuede or half-smoked deerskin palms. This gives the Kote the unique comfort and feel of our NEON Kote, with improved durability, looks, and the ability to customize.
Featuring an elongated Tsutsu (wrist joint) for the ultimate ease of movement, these Kote require little to no break-in time. While the ergonomically shaped NEON Kote have been designed to fit comfortably from day one, the deer hair within the Kote-Atama breaks down, forming to the shape of the user's hands, giving these Kote an even more perfect fit with use. These Kote are the ultimate fusion of traditional design and modern day comfort.
The lightweight KONJIKI Kote utilizes some of the finest and most modern materials in the Budogu industry. The inner layer of the Kote feature a layer of TASTEX-MGU - a specialized deodorizing and shock absorbing material - while additional padding has been added to the areas known to be stuck the most. The Tenouchi are crafted with your choice of white Ultra Suede OR half-smoked deerskin material - both of which feature the best of both of which featuring the best of both worlds when it comes to the durability and comfort of synthetic and natural material.

LEAD TIME: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT EACH SET IN THE CALIFORNIA GOLD SERIES IS MADE INDIVIDUALLY - FROM SCRATCH - FOR EACH ORDER. NO CORNERS ARE CUT IN PRODUCTION OF ANY OF THESE BOGU SETS, AND WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON THE QUALITY WE OFFER. THIS QUALITY REQUIRES TIME. PRODUCTION OF OUR CALIFORNIA GOLD LABEL SETS ARE DEPENDANT ON THE WORKLOAD OF OUR CRAFTSMAN, AND THE AVAILABILITY OF THE REQUIRED MATERIALS, HOWEVER, IN GENERAL, PRODUCTION OF THE KONJIKI IS CURRENTLY ESTIMATED AT TWO TO THREE MONTHS.
